AM Legal is an independent law firm founded in November 2013 by Alexandre Mendes, lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, in particular working as an associate with highly prominent law firms in Lisbon, Brussels and Washington, DC, with the purpose of providing specialized legal services to its clients in a wide range of business law areas.

The firm has assisted since its foundation domestic and foreign businesses, from startups to multinational corporations, as well as entrepreneurs, business managers and private clients, with whom the firm maintains close and trusting professional relationships based on the full dedication to each and every matter entrusted to it and the direct and permanent involvement of experienced lawyers who ensure the quality of service in each legal advice provided to its clients.
